Division Head: Maternal Fetal Medicine

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the NYU School of Medicine and the NYU Langone Medical Center seek an energetic, entrepreneurial, charismatic team leader, with strong academic credentials, outstanding clinical skills and research savvy to head the Division of MFM and direct its Fellowship Program. This full-time position at the Associate or Full Professor level will provide leadership and direction for the Division, promote research and excel in teaching and patient care. The successful candidate must be an outstanding clinician while serving as an academic mentor and role model to fellows, residents and faculty. Qualified applicants must be Board-Certified in general Obstetrics and Gynecology and in the subspecialty of MFM.

The Division provides clinical care at Tisch Hospital, a private acute-care general hospital of 726 beds and Bellevue Hospital Center, the oldest municipal hospital in the USA. Together these centers perform nearly 7,000 deliveries annually. The Division also oversees two separate Regional Perinatal Centers serving 13 additional facilities. In addition to excellent clinical and educational opportunities, NYU Langone Medical Center has an extensive infrastructure to build a research program, including an NIH funded CTSI.
