Leslie Boyd, MD, Clinical Instructor of Medicine and Fellow in Gynecologic Oncology, was one of 43 fellows nationwide to receive a Young Investigator Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology Foundation. These awards are presented to physicians in their final year of a fellowship program or in their first year post-fellowship. Dr. Boyd will receive a one-year grant of $50,000 to fund her investigative studies as she begins her career in clinical oncology research.
